Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - TV Puls will change its offer next year and it may change the brand as well. The niche company may grow into a serious player on the market.

Today, TV Puls broadcaster has a minute market share. Thanks to the funds and know-how of its investor - News Corp. - it may soon change.

"We have no limits as far as spending is concerned. We are to build a good TV station which will be successful and meet the expectations of both shareholders", Dariusz Dabski, TV Puls chairman said.

The company employing some dozen people today with sales of several million zloty annually and 17 percent of its technical reach, is building a new program now.

"The management is trying to make the program more attractive. We will see the results early next year", Dariusz Dabski said.

TV Puls wants to use News Corp. library to publish world hits, which would give it an advantage over Polish rivals.

"We expect know-how more than money from the investor. That's why Lewis Robertson is responsible for production issues. He is an experienced manager, connected with News Corp. for years", Dariusz Dabski said.

However, the station is supposed to ramain social and religious in its character. Whether it will be - should be clear early next year when the new program is being

implemented. The brand may be changed as well then. The shareholder structure may change soon as well. Today, News Corp. has only 25 percent.

"It may change in the future", Ewan Mirylees from News Corp. admitted.
