Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – In several weeks, 60 British companies will visit Warsaw to meet potential partners from Poland. ‘We are looking for 4-5 Polish partners for every British company. When offers are presented and details set, final documents regulating the co-operation should be signed in March’, Martin Oxley, general director of British-Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC) said. BPCC refused to reveal, which British companies are coming to Poland. They are interested, however, in both deliverers of goods and services, and companies building distribution networks.
Polish exports to the UK exceed imports by PLN 1.73 billion (EUR 435.9 m). ‘Big part of that is not the result of the activity of Polish companies but the fact that such giants as Tesco, Fiat or IKEA are located in Poland’, Martin Oxley explained.
