AMS now up for sale
Only two months after the Polish Agora and French JC Decaux fought for control of Poznań based outdoor advertising agency AMS the main shareholder of the latter, BB Investment, has stated that it intends to find a strategic investor for it before the year is out.
The reasons given for the change of mind by AMS MD Tomasz Kawka are to get more funds and know-how to survive the crisis in the sector which is forseen on the horizon.
AMS however are going to want more than the PLN70 per share that Agora offered earlier this year.
