Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Krakowska Fabryka Armatur (KFA), the producer of castings, radiators, mixers, showers, etc., is going to increase sales by 10 percent in upcoming years. It wants to control 40 percent of the bathroom equipment market, up from 33 percent today. A year ago, the company started restructuring. It build a new production site and is implementing new technologies. “The investment will cost over PLN 40m (EUR 9.8m) with the cost of equipment. This year, the majority will be finished but some expenditures will be made next year”, Konrad Hernik, KFA CEO said.
This year, the company plans sales at similar level as last year, i.e. PLN 101.2m. The net income is to exceed PLN 2m while a year ago it amounted to PLN 2.7m. The company’s main investor is PZU Zycie insurance company with 90 percent stake.
