Energy industry analysts are not impressed by the choice of El-Dystrybucja as the possible investor in the G-8 group of electricity distribution companies. Treasury minister Wiesław Kaczmarek said that he had no choice other than to take the highest offer in choosing which bidder would receive negotiating exclusivity.
