Bank Inicjatyw Społeczno-Ekonomicznych has announced that it will increase its capital by nearly PLN25m before its merger with Cukrobank. It has received a large credit from its main shareholder, the Caisse Centrale de Credit Cooperatif, to sort its affairs out.
