Computerland (CL) , the listed integrator, had PLN 860m (EUR 226.2m) of sales in 2005, or 0.14 percent more than a year earlier. The net income would amount to PLN 21.7m, hadn’t the company been accused for a crime connected with its job for the Agency of Agriculture Restructuring and Modernization (ARiMR). CL has to pay PLN 10.2m of fine. The company has even more problems. IBM has recently broke its partnership with CL. Michal Danielewski, CL CEO assured that the decision was not final.

“We still talk to IBM. Whatever the results of these negotiations, the situation is not any threat to the company’s operations”, Michal Danielewski said.

He added that the company is trying to reach settlement also in the ARiMR case.
