Cyfrowy Polsat broadcasts from the WSE

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The debut of Cyfrowy Polsat was successful. But it will be long before another company from Zygmunt Solorz-Zak group is listed.

The IPO of Cyfrowy Polsat was Poland’s second largest debut conducted by a private company. According to yesterday’s prices, investors evaluate the company at PLN 3.5bn (EUR 1bn) Despite the success, Zygmunt Solorz-Zak is not going to have Polsat TV broadcaster listed.

“There are no chances for this this year. There are no investments planned requiring an investor or funds raised on the WSE”, Zygmunt Solorz-Zak said.

Cyfrowy Polsat is about to launch MNOV services. It has already launched billing and CRM systems but provided no details concerning the project.

Yesterday, the stock closed 5.12 percent up at PLN 13.14. Shares worth PLN 214.17m changed hands.
