Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The stock market is thriving, one needs to make use of it. KGHM and the Ministry of the Treasure understand it very well. This is a chance for Dialog.
The listing of Telefonia Dialog, a telecom owned by KGHM may take place even two years earlier than planned, “PB” has learnt. So far, the listing was planned in 2010. According to Piotr Siemion, KGHM telecommunication director, it would be possible at the breakthrough of 2007 and 2008. The Ministry of the Treasure, KGHM owner supports this plan. The growing stock market is yet another advantage.
“Prior to the issue prospectus, analyses concerning the company’s situation and needs are necessary. The funds raised on the stock exchange must be used by Dialog in the best possible way”, Piotr Siemion said.
In his opinion, it would take about a year to prepare an issue prospectus for Dialog. The operator, which has 450,000 subscribers today, had PLN 250m (EUR 64.5m) of sales and PLN 32m of net income in the first half of last year.
