Dialog would like to acquire GTS-Energis and Crowley Data Poland. The acquisitions would be financed from funds raised on the Warsaw Stock Exchanger. Marcin Olewnik, Dialog deputy CEO, said that Dialog would buy only the Polish unit of GTS Central Europe. The company plans issues and an IPO at the beginning of 2008. The acquisitions will cost at least PLN 500m (EUR 131.9m). Dialog may spend PLN 170m this year to develop. It may take up to PLN 500m of credit.
The company expects to have PLN 540m of sales this year against PLN 501m last year and PLN 135m of EBITDA against 121m. Slawomir Szych, Dialog CEO, said that the company will have over 2m clients in all the markets it is present (internet access, fixed telecommunication and mobile telecommunication) in 2011.
