Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The Ministry of the Treasure wants Eureko to withdraw its suit against Poland. Arbitrary proceeding is against the privatization agreement, it believes. Eureko has one condition – compromise.
On February 12th, the Ministry of the Treasure (MSP) sent a motion to Eureko. It says that the arbitrary proceeding is against the provisions of the privatization agreement. MSP gives Eureko 30 days to withdraw the suit.
“If Eureko believes that MSP has not fulfilled the contract, it should file a suit in a Warsaw court”, the document says.
Eureko does not agree.
“There are no reasons to withdraw the suit. The only argument to do it would be finding a compromise in negotiations Eureko has long been trying to start”, Michal Nastula, Eureko Polska CEO said.
