Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The Dutch investor believes that the Ministry of the Treasure received more financial data about the company then the rest of shareholders. Eureko demands a report.
The Ministry of the Treasure will soon receive a report concerning the financial data conveyed to PZU’s shareholders. “PB” said in July that the Dutch company knew more than the other shareholders. The state, which owns 55.1 percent, demanded explanations. The report will probably be presented on September 14. Meanwhile, Joyce Deriga, the member of PZU board for finances recommended by Eureko, wants PZU management to discuss how data were conveyed to the Ministry of the Treasure.
“The issue was started by the Ministry. If it is to be investigated, it should concern all data conveyed to all shareholders. Eureko has nothing to hide. There is no reason not to check the Ministry of the Treasure”, Michal Nastula, Eureko Polska CEO and the member of PZU supervisory board said.
The problem was supposed to be discussed last week but it wasn’t. The issue will be covered tomorrow most probably.
