The third GSM of Fischer Air Polska (FAP) decided about the future of the troubled airline. The company with a new board and CEO will relaunch operations with capital raised to PLN 34m (EUR 8.9m) from PLN 12m.

“That’s not all. A new issue will be launched in December and bring further PLN 6m. The number of shareholders will grow to 16 entities”, Krzysztof Szymanski, the former CFO said.

Australian AWAS agreed to again lease one of its aircraft. The first flight will take place on December 18th. The next machines – in April and June.
