Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The Greek retailer of GSM services would like to sell the offer of all the operators, which is not easy in Poland.

Germanos, which today controls the sales network of Era and Orange, is going to invest PLN 50m (EUR 12.7m) this year. A majority will be spent on acquisitions.

“Our Polish sales will grow 60 percent this year”, John Karagiannis, Germanos general director said.

This would mean that sales would grow to PLN 650m.

“It would be possible only thanks to increasing the number of sales outlets or introducing new products”, Robert Krasowski, the member of rival Tell said.

Germanos has 340 sales outlets and is the leader in Poland. Till the end of next year, it wants to increase the number to 500. The company would also like to sell the products of all three Polish mobile operators. It is difficult. When Germanos as Era dealer was acquiring GTI, the dealer of Idea, today Orange, Idea reacted very nervously and was close to breaking the agreement with GTI.
