Germans not refunding tax
Polish transport companies will lose around PLN380m on VAT paid on fuel in Germany which Berlin is refusing to refund in retaliation for Poland not refunding German firms.
This short sighted action of the Polish authorities is likely to cost dear. Around 85 percent of Polish transport companies travel through Germany whilst only 15 percent of German companies come here.
