In reference to the current report 3/2008 on the dates of publication of periodic reports and to the current report 16/2008 of May 29, 2008 on fulfilling the disclosure requirements in accordance with provisions of the laws of Luxembourg, the Management Board of Automotive Components Europe S.A. informs, that according to the Luxemburg regulations the consolidated report for the first half of the year 2008 will be published on August 29, 2008, and not as previously announced on October 31. Consequently, the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of the year 2008 will not be published on August 14, as previously stated. Despite the fact that Luxemburg regulations do not require the publication of the quarterly reports, the Management Board of Automotive Components Europe S.A. intends to publish the quarterly report for the third quarter of the year 2008 on the previously planned date, i.e. November 14, 2008.
