The Board of Directors of Agroliga Group PLC informs of the dates for the transmission of reports in 2025:

Quarterly reports:

- Annual report for 2024 - 21 March 2025

- 2025 Q1 - 15 May 2025

- 2025 Q2 - 14 August 2025

- 2025 Q3 - 14 November 2025

Any changes of dates for periodic reports will be published as a current report. Legal basis: Article 6 point 14.1 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market"
