Zarząd AmRest Holdings N.V. informuje, iż SG Asset Management z siedzibą Londynie, w związku z art. 147 ust. 1 pkt 1 i ust. 3 Ustawy z dnia 21 sierpnia 1997r. Prawo o Publicznym Obrocie Papierami Wartościowymi, poinformował Spółkę o zwiększeniu stanu posiadania akcji AmRest Holdings N.V.

"In accordance with article 147 of The Law on the Public Trading of Securities, I am writing to inform you that following a purchase of 22,730 shares on 19 September and 17,074 shares on 20 September 2005, SG Asset Management now has a non-beneficial interest of 705,511 shares or 5.23% of the issued share capital.

SG Asset Management is the trading name of a group of companies including Société Générale Asset Management UK Limited and Société Générale Asset Management International Limited. These companies are authorised to manage investments belonging to others on both a discretionary and non-discretionary basis. It is in this respect that SG Asset Management is making this disclosure."
