Zarząd AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informuje, że powziął informację o podwyższeniu kapitału spółki zależnej American Restaurants EOOD (AmRest Bułgaria). Kapitał AmRest Bułgaria został zwiększony o BGN 1.200.000 w formie wkładu pieniężnego dokonanego przez American Resturants Sp. z o.o. (AmRest Polska). Sąd w Sofii zarejestrował zmianę wysokości kapitału w dniu 31 lipca 2007 roku. Po rejestracji zmiany wysokość kapitału zakładowego AmRest Bułgaria wynosi BGN 1.225.000. Po tej zmianie 100% udziałowcem AmRest Bułgaria jest nadal AmRest Polska.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Regulatory Announcemenyt 50/2007 dated 8th August 2007; Increased amount of American Restaurants EOOD share capital; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that it was notified about the increase in the amount of capital of its subsidiary American Restautrants EOOD (AmRest Bulgaria). The share capital of AmRest Hungary was increased by BGN 1,200,000 through cash contribution made by American Restaurants Sp. z o.o. (AmRest Poland). The court in Sofia registered this change on 31st of July 2007. Following the registeration of this change the share capital of AmRest Bulgaria amounts to BGN 1,225,000.
