- his connected persons acquired: (i) 160 shares of the Bank at 4.0668 euro per share and (ii) 201 shares of the Bank at 4.0668 euro per share,
- his connected person acquired 14 shares of the Bank at 4.0668 euro per share.
Purchases were made under plan to reinvest dividends in shares.
