Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 20/2023 opublikowanego w dniu 6 grudnia 2023 roku informuje, iż w porozumieniu ze spółką zależną Iron VR S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Iron VR”] podjął decyzję o przesunięciu daty premiery gry Hunt Together [dalej „Gra”] na dzień 25 stycznia 2024 roku, która to premiera pierwotnie miała mieć miejsce 18 stycznia 2024 roku.

Zdaniem Zarządu Emitenta przesunięcie daty premiery Gry pozwoli Emitentowi przeprowadzić szersze działania marketingowe oraz optymalnie dobrać okno wydawnicze, aby dotrzeć do jak największej liczby graczy.

Zarząd informuje, iż zamiar Emitenta, aby w lutym 2024 roku ukazała się wersja Gry na platformach PCVR wraz z opcją Crossplay Meta Quest x PCVR pozostaje aktualny.

Emitent uznał ww. informację za istotną z uwagi na fakt, iż premiera Gry może mieć istotny wpływ na wyniki finansowe Emitenta.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Hunt Together Game Release Date Postponed on Meta Quest PlatformThe Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A., based in Chorzów ["Company," "Issuer"], in reference to the ESPI report No. 20/2023 published on December 6, 2023, announces that in agreement with its subsidiary Iron VR S.A., based in Chorzów ["Iron VR"], it has decided to postpone the release date of the Hunt Together game ["Game"] to January 25, 2024. The original release date was scheduled for January 18, 2024.According to the Issuer's Management Board, the decision to delay the Game's release date will allow the Issuer to conduct more extensive marketing activities and optimally choose the publishing window to reach the widest possible audience of players. The Management Board informs that the Issuer's intention for the Game to be released in February 2024 on PCVR platforms with the Meta Quest x PCVR Crossplay option remains unchanged. The Issuer considers the above information significant due to the fact that the Game's release may have a significant impact on the Issuer's financial results.
