Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, przy ul. Jagiellońskiej 74 („Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 57/2020 z dnia 17 listopada 2020 r., informuje, że zgodnie z Komunikatem Działu Operacyjnego KDPW z dnia 3 grudnia 2020 r., w dniu 4 grudnia 2020 r. następuje rejestracja 4 534 624 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela Serii M Spółki, o wartości nominalnej 1 zł każda (wyemitowanych dla celów realizacji programu motywacyjnego w ramach warunkowego podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego na podstawie uchwały nr 21 Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Spółki z dnia 24 maja 2016 roku), które zostały oznaczone kodem ISIN PLCOMPR00010.

	Current report no. 60/2020 Subject: Registration of Series M Company stock in the Central Securities Repository of Poland Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act – current information In relation to Current Report no. 57/2020 of 17 November 2020 the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that, according to a notice filed on 3 December 2020 by the Communications Department of the Central Securities Repository of Poland, 4 534 624 Series M ordinary bearer shares of Company stock, with a nominal value of 1 PLN per share (issued in order to facilitate implementation of the Company incentive program as a conditional increase in the Company share capital, pursuant to Resolution no. 21 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 24 May 2016) will have been registered on 4 December 2020, having been assigned the following ISIN code: PLCOMPR00010.
