The Board of Directors of Cereal Planet PLC provides resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Cereal Planet PLC on October 9-th 2018.

During the Annual General Meeting there were no objections to the adopted resolutions.

Legal Basis: § 4. 2 point 7, 9 and 11 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
