| Zarząd spółki Echo Investment S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że: - w lutym 2018 r. Emitent oraz spółki zależne Emitenta sprzedali umowami przedwstępnymi 154 mieszkania, wobec 60 mieszkań sprzedanych w lutym 2017 r.; - narastająco od początku 2018 roku Emitent oraz spółki zależne Emitenta sprzedali umowami przedwstępnymi 245 mieszkań, podczas gdy w analogicznym okresie 2017 r. umowami przedwstępnymi zostało sprzedane 104 lokali; - w lutym 2018 r. Emitent oraz spółki zależne Emitenta zawarli z klientami 25 umów ostatecznych, przenoszących własność mieszkań. W lutym 2017 r. takich umów zostało zawarte 20; - narastająco od początku 2018 roku Emitent oraz spółki zależne Emitenta zawarli 85 umów ostatecznych, przenoszących własność mieszkań, wobec 72 takich umów zawartych w analogicznym okresie 2017 r. |

| Selected operational data from Issuer’s residential segment The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (‘the Company’) hereby reports that: - in February 2018 the Issuer and Issuer’s subsidiaries sold 154 apartments on the basis of preliminary agreements, while in February 2017 there were 60 apartments sold; - the Issuer and Issuer’s subsidiaries have cumulatively sold 245 apartments on the basis of preliminary agreements since the beginning of 2018, while 104 units were sold on the basis of such agreements in coresponding period of 2017; - in February 2018 the Issuer and Issuer’s subsidiaries concluded 25 final agreements transferring ownership of apartments to clients. In February 2017 there was 20 such agreements concluded; - the Issuer and Issuer’s subsidiaries have cumulatively concluded 85 final agreements transferring ownership of apartments to clients since the beginning of 2017, while 72 such agreements were concluded in coresponding period of 2017. |
