| Zarząd spółki Echo Investment S.A. (dalej: „Emitent”) informuje, że: - w maju 2018 r. Emitent oraz spółki zależne Emitenta sprzedali umowami przedwstępnymi 60 mieszkań, w porównaniu do 97 mieszkań sprzedanych w maju 2017 r.; - narastająco od początku 2018 r. Emitent oraz spółki zależne Emitenta sprzedali umowami przedwstępnymi 488 mieszkań, podczas gdy w analogicznym okresie 2017 r. umowami przedwstępnymi zostało sprzedane 440 lokali; - w maju 2018 r. Emitent oraz spółki zależne Emitenta przekazali klientom 9 mieszkań, w porównaniu do 10 mieszkań przekazanych klientom w maju 2017 r.; - narastająco od początku 2018 r. Emitent oraz spółki zależne Emitenta przekazali klientom 93 mieszkania, wobec 115 mieszkań przekazanych klientom w analogicznym okresie 2017 r. |

| Current report no. 24/2018 Monthly information on apartments sales The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Issuer’) hereby reports that: - in May 2018 the Issuer and Issuer’s subsidiaries sold 60 apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts, compared to 97 apartments sold in May 2017; - the Issuer and Issuer’s subsidiaries have cumulatively sold 488 apartments on the basis of preliminary agreements since the beginning of 2018, while 440 units were sold on the basis of such agreements in corresponding period of 2017; - in May 2018 the Issuer and Issuer’s subsidiaries hand over 9 apartments to clients, compared to 10 units transferred to clients in May 2017; - the Issuer and Issuer’s subsidiaries have cumulatively handed over 93 apartments to clients since the beginning of 2018, while 115 apartments were handed over in corresponding period of 2017.
