| Zarząd ENEA S.A. przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości informację o wstępnym szacunkowym wyniku netto Grupy Kapitałowej ENEA (Grupa) za rok 2008. Szacunkowy wynik netto Grupy za 2008 r. oscyluje w granicach 250 milionów złotych. Zarząd zwraca uwagę akcjonariuszy i inwestorów, iż przedstawione dane mają charakter szacunkowy i wyniki narastająco za IV kwartały 2008 r., które będą przedstawione w raporcie kwartalnym 2 marca 2009 r. a także ostateczny wynik finansowy Grupy za rok 2008, którego publikacja będzie miała miejsce w dniu 30 kwietnia 2009 r., po zbadaniu sprawozdania przez podmiot uprawniony do badania sprawozdań finansowych, mogą znacząco różnić się od przedstawionych wstępnych wyników szacunkowych. |

Subject: Estimated net result of ENEA Capital Group for 2008 Legal basis: Article 56 par. 1 pt. 1 of the Act on Offerings – inside information Content of the report: The Management Board of ENEA S.A. is issuing information to the public on the estimated net result of ENEA Capital Group (the "Group") for 2008. The estimated result of the Group for 2008 is in the range of PLN 250 million. The Management Board draws the attention of shareholders and investors to the fact that the figures presented herein are estimates and that the results, taking into account results for Q4 of 2008, which will be published in a quarterly report on 2 March 2009, and the Group's final financial result for 2008, which will be published on 30 April 2009 after having been examined by an entity authorised to audit financial statements, may differ significantly from the preliminary estimated result presented herein. |
