(herein “the Company”) informs that on 22 May 2018 the Board of Directors of the Company adopted a Corporate Governance Charter of the Company, which is now published on Company’s website. Corporate Governance Charter aims at specifying, highlighting and developing the core system of the corporate governance of Kernel Holding S.A. based on the Company’s articles of association and in compliance with the provisions of the code of corporate governance “Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies 2016” that applies to the Company as a result of its shares being listed and admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
