| The board of directors of Kernel Holding S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) hereby announces that on 10 December 2021 the Annual General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution on the allocation of profit for 2021, according to which net profit for the year ending on 30 June 2021, amounting to USD 35,553,861.20 shall be allocated for payment of dividend to the Company's shareholders. The amount of dividend per share determined in this manner, calculated for the current number of Company’s shares with dividend rights (80,804,230), is USD 0.44 (forty-four US cents per share). The dividend will be payable on 15 February 2022 (the “Payment Date”) to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 February 2022 (the “Record Date”). The dividend payment will be subject to deduction of Luxembourg withholding tax at a rate of 15%. Dividend will be paid in US dollars. |
