| Zarząd Grupy Kęty SA zgodnie z ogłoszonym kalendarzem wydarzeń korporacyjnych podaje do publicznej wiadomości wstępne prognozy dotyczące wyników za trzeci kwartał 2006 r. Zarząd Grupy Kęty S.A. informuje, iż w trzecim kwartale 2006 roku nadal utrzymuje się doskonała koniunktura na wyroby spółki, co wpływa na wysoką dynamikę sprzedaży. Zarząd prognozuje, iż w tym okresie Grupa Kapitałowa osiągnie ponad 275 mln przychodów ze sprzedaży, co oznacza prawie 40% wzrost w stosunku do analogicznego okresu roku poprzedniego. W Segmencie Opakowań Giętkich prognozuje się sprzedaż wartościową na poziomie zbliżonym do osiągniętej w III kwartale 2005 roku. W Segmencie Wyrobów Wyciskanych prognozowany wzrost wartościowy wyniesie ok. 45%. Natomiast w Segmencie Systemów Aluminiowych wartość sprzedaży będzie wyższa o ponad 70% od wyniku osiągniętego w III kwartale 2005 roku (m. in dzięki 40 mln zł przychodów ze sprzedaży, które w III kwartale osiągnie spółka Aluprof). Skonsolidowany zysk operacyjny kwartału wyniesie 33 - 34 mln zł a zysk netto będzie mieścił się w przedziale 25 – 26 mln zł. Na koniec III kwartału 2006 roku prognozuje się, iż dług netto Grupy Kęty wyniesie ok. 250 mln zł. Powyższe prognozy zostały przygotowane w oparciu o następujące wielkości makroekonomiczne: III kwartał 2005 III kwartał 2006(prognoza) Zmiana kurs PLN/ EUR 4,02 3,95 -2% kurs PLN/USD 3,29 3,10 -6% Cena aluminium USD/t (3M) 1 847 2 520 +36% Zarząd Grupy Kęty S.A. informuje ponadto, iż w dniu 26 października 2006 roku poda prognozę sprzedaży oraz zysku netto na rok 2006 uwzględniając dotychczasowe wyniki oraz planowane wykonanie IV kwartału. |

| The Management Board of Kęty S.A., as communicated in the calendar of corporate events, announces the preliminary forecasts relative of the third quarter of 2006.The Management Board of Kęty S.A. advises that in the third quarter of the year 2006 the market outlook for the Company's products has maintained its favourable trend, which significantly influences the dynamics of sales. The Management Board forecasts that within this period the Capital Group's sales revenue will exceed the amount of 275 million PLN, which signifies a 40% increase as compared to the comparative period of the previous year. In the Flexible Packaging Segment the sales value is forecast to stay at the level similar to the one reached last year. In the Extruded Products Segment the increase in sales value is anticipated to account for ca. 45%, while in the Aluminium Products Segment the sales value will be higher by over 70% as compared to the figure reached in the third quarter of 2005 (which is attributable, inter alia, to 40 million PLN sales revenue to be earned in Q3 by Aluprof).The consolidated operating profit for the quarter in question will amount to 33-34 million PLN, whereas the net profit will range between 25-26 million PLN.According to the forecasts, the net debt of the Kęty Group as at the end of the third quarter 2006 will account for 250 million PLN.
