Zarząd mBanku S.A. ("Bank") podaje do wiadomości, że uchwałą Rady Nadzorczej Banku z dnia 24 września 2018 r. Pan Gurjinder Singh Johal został powołany na stanowisko członka Rady Nadzorczej mBanku S.A. z dniem 24 września 2018 r. na okres do czasu zakończenia obecnej kadencji Rady Nadzorczej.

Pan Gurjinder Singh Johal jest absolwentem kierunku Business&Finance na University of East London (UEL). Dodatkowo ukończył studia menedżerskie na Said Business School. Karierę zawodową rozpoczął w 1995 r. w Standard Banku w Londynie. Współpracę z Commerzbankiem rozpoczął w 2007 r. Początkowo Pan Gurjinder Singh Johal odpowiadał za segment Emerging Markets & Credit Derivatives, zaś od 2011 r. kierował działem Global Credit Trading. Od 2016 r. Gurjinder Singh Johal jest członkiem Zarządu i kierującym jednostką Group Market Risk Management w Commerzbanku AG.

Według posiadanych przez Zarząd Banku informacji, Pan Gurjinder Singh Johal nie wykonuje działalności konkurencyjnej względem Banku.

Zgodnie ze stosowanymi przez Bank kryteriami Pan Gurjinder Singh Johal nie jest niezależnym członkiem Rady Nadzorczej Banku.

Pan Gurjinder Singh Johal nie figuruje w Rejestrze Dłużników Niewypłacalnych, prowadzonym na podstawie ustawy o KRS.

	Appointment of a new member of the Supervisory Board of mBank S.A.The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“the Bank”) announces that under a resolution of the Bank's Supervisory Board of 24 September 2018, Mr Gurjinder Singh Johal was appointed as the member of the Supervisory Board of mBank S.A., as of 24 September 2018, until the end of the current term of the Supervisory Board. Mr Gurjinder Singh Johal has graduated from the University of East London (UEL), Business & Finance faculty and Said Business School, managerial studies. He started his career at Standard Bank London in 1995 before moving to Commerzbank in 2007. He initially assumed responsibility of the Emerging Markets & Credit Derivatives segment, from 2011 he headed the Global Credit Trading desk. Since 2016 Gurjinder Singh Johal has been divisional board member and head of Group Market Risk Management at Commerzbank AG. To the best of the Management Board’s knowledge, Mr Gurjinder Singh Johal is not involved in any activities which compete with those carried out by the Bank. In accordance with the criteria applied by the Bank, Mr Gurjinder Singh Johal is not an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank. Mr Gurjinder Singh Johal has no records in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
