| Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa S.A. ("PGNiG") informuje, że w dniu 30 listopada 2007 roku otrzymał postanowienie Sądu Rejonowego dla m. st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego z dnia 20 listopada 2007 roku w sprawie zarejestrowania zmian do Statutu PGNiG przyjętych uchwałą nr 2 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia PGNiG z dnia 26 września 2007 roku oprócz zmiany w zakresie przedmiotu działalności Spółki "wynajem nieruchomości na własny rachunek" uzasadniając to tym, że taki zapis jest już ujawniony w rejestrze. Tekst jednolity Statutu zostanie opublikowany po przyjęciu go przez Radę Nadzorczą PGNiG, zgodnie z § 33 ust. 1 pkt. 8 Statutu PGNiG. (patrz raport bieżący nr 72/2007 z dnia 26 września 2007 roku) |

| Court Registration of Amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of AssociationCurrent Report No. 90/2007 of November 30th 2007The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG") hereby reports that on November 30th 2007 it received the decision issued by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, dated November 20th 2007, concerning registration of amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 2 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PGNiG held on September 26th 2007, excluding the amendment concerning a change in the Company’s scope of business related to “letting of own property". The Court substantiated non-registration of the amendment by stating that the fact in question is already disclosed in the register.The consolidated text of the Articles of Association will be published after its approval by the Supervisory Board of PGNiG, pursuant to Par. 33.1.8 of PGNiG’s Articles of Association.
