Zarząd Proguns Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (Emitent) informuje, że powziął wiadomość o rozwiązaniu umowy o pośrednictwo w sprzedaży uzbrojenia, zawartej pomiędzy spółką zależną Emitenta, to jest Proguns sp. z o.o. a High Ground Defense z siedzibą w stanie Arizona (USA). Na podstawie przedmiotowej umowy Proguns sp. z o.o. oferowała na terytorium Polski uzbrojenie produkowane przez High Ground Defense, oparte w głównej mierze na broni napędowej w systemie Gatling. O fakcie zawarcia umowy Emitent informował w raporcie bieżącym ESPI nr 7/2025 z dnia 6 marca 2025 roku.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), announces that it has received information regarding the termination of the arms sales brokerage agreement concluded between the Issuer’s subsidiary, Proguns sp. z o.o., and High Ground Defense, based in the state of Arizona (USA). Under the aforementioned agreement, Proguns sp. z o.o. was offering in the territory of Poland weaponry manufactured by High Ground Defense, primarily based on Gatling-style powered firearms. The Issuer previously reported the conclusion of the agreement in current report ESPI No. 7/2025 dated March 6, 2025.
