Zgodnie z art. 81.1.2 ustawy z dnia 21 sierpnia 1997 roku - Prawo o publicznym obrocie papierami wartościowymi (Dz.U. Nr 118, poz. 754 i Nr 141, poz. 945 oraz Dz.U. z 1998 roku Nr 107, poz. 669 i Nr 113, poz. 715),
Zarząd PROKOM Software SA informuje:
PROKOM Internet SA (zależna w 99,99%) zawarła ze Stopklatka S.C. umowę o utworzeniu nowej spółki o nazwie Stopklatka Sp. z o.o.,
w której PROKOM Internet obejmie 80% udziałów, a dotychczasowi właściciele Stopklatka S.C. pozostałe 20%.
Po zarejestrowaniu nowo utworzona spółka nabędzie, od Stopklatka S.C., całe przedsiębiorstwo, a w szczególności:
wszelkie prawa do vortalu "Sopklatka", prawo do domeny internetowej "stopklatka.pl" oraz prawo do adresu internetowego "www.stopklatka.pl".
Przedmiotem przedsiębiorstwa spółki będzie prowadzenie tematycznych portali internetowych (tzw. vortali).

Board of PROKOM Software SA announces:
Prokom Internet SA (dependent - 99.99%) concluded with Stopklatka S.C. an agreement on forming a new enterprise with name Stopklatka Sp. z o.o. (Stopklatka Ltd.), in which Prokom Internet will have 80% shares and owners of Stopklatka S.C. will possess the outstanding 20% of shares.
After the registration the newly formed enterprise will acquire from Stopklatka S.C., the whole enterprise, and in particular all the rights to vortal "Stopklatka", right to internet domain "stopklatka.pl" as well as right to internet address "www.stopklatka.pl".
The scope of activities of the enterprise will be running of internet thematical portals (so called vortals).
