| Zarząd Prokom Software S.A. informuje, że: W dniu 26 czerwca 2007 roku Rada Nadzorcza powołała w skład Zarządu Prokom Software S.A., na kolejne indywidualne kadencje, dotychczasowych Członków Zarządu Spółki: 1. Pana Jarosława Chudziaka - na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu (kadencja dwuletnia) 2. Pana Tadeusza Dyrgę - na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu (kadencja dwuletnia) 3. Pana Piotra Mondalskiego - na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu (kadencja dwuletnia) 4. Pana Krzysztofa Kardasia - na stanowisko Członka Zarządu (kadencja jednoroczna) 5. | The Management Board of Prokom Software SA informs, that: On June 26th 2007 the Supervisory Board appointed to the Management Board of Prokom Software SA for the next individual terms of office the following members: 1. Mr. Jarosław Chudziak - as the Vice-President of the Management Board (two year term of office) 2. Mr. Tadeusz Dyrga - as the Vice-President of the Management Board (two year term of office) 3. Mr. Piotr Mondalski - as the Vice-President of the Management Board (two year term of office) 4. Mr. Krzysztof Kardaś - as the Member of the Management Board (one year term of office) 5.
