Zarząd Prokom Software S.A. ("Prokom") informuje, że:

dnia 12 grudnia 2005 roku Prokom Software S.A. zawarł z Powszechnym Zakładem Ubezpieczeń S.A. ("PZU", "PZU S.A.") Umowę o wykonanie Usług Dodatkowych w PZU S.A. Przedmiotem Umowy jest świadczenie przez Prokom na rzecz PZU usług administrowania i eksploatowania Centralnego Systemu Informatycznego PZU S.A. Umowa została zawarta na okres do dnia 30 września 2008 roku. Wartość netto kontraktu w okresie do 31 sierpnia 2006 roku wynosi około 24 mln PLN. Wynagrodzenie Prokom z tytułu wykonywania umowy po 31 sierpnia 2006 roku zależeć będzie od zakresu usług świadczonych w tym okresie. Zawarcie umowy związane jest z trwającym od kilku miesięcy procesem centralizacji systemu INSURER, którego docelowym efektem będzie centralizacja przetwarzania danych ubezpieczeniowych, co pozwoli na utworzenie jednolitej bazy polis, szkód i płatności dostępnej ze wszystkich inspektoratów.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	AGREEMENT WITH PZU SA The Management Board of Prokom Software SA („Prokom”) informs, that: on December 12th 2005 Prokom Software SA and Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń SA („PZU”, „PZU SA”) signed the Agreement for provision of Additional Services at PZU SA. The agreement relates to the provision of administration and exploitation services of Central IT System at PZU SA. The agreement was concluded for the period of time till September 30th 2008. The net value of the contract for the period till August 31st 2006 amounts to approx. PLN 24m. The payment after August 31sr 2006 shall depend from the scope of services provided within that period of time. The agreement is related to a few-months long centralization process of INSURER system, which will effect with the centralization of insured data processing, which will allow to create of uniform base of polices, detriments and regulations available for all PZU’s inspectorates.
