Zarząd Prokom Software S.A. informuje, że:
W dniu 13 sierpnia 2004 roku Prokom Software S.A. i BRE Bank S.A. zawarły aneks do umowy agencyjnej z dnia 20 czerwca 2003 roku dotyczącej programu emisji obligacji. Aneks rozszerza wartość programu z 200 do 300 mln PLN oraz przedłuża czas trwania programu do 3 sierpnia 2008 roku.

ANNEX TO THE AGREEMENT CONCERNING COMPANY'S COMMERCIAL PAPERS
The Management Board of Prokom Software SA informs, that:
On August 13th 2004 Prokom Software SA and BRE Bank SA signed an annex to the agency agreement from June 20th 2003 concerning the program regarding the issuance of the Company's commercial papers. The annex exceeds the maximum value of the program from PLN 200m to PLN 300m and prolongs it to August 3rd 2008.
