| Zarząd Ronson Development SE („Emitent”) informuje o datach publikacji raportów okresowych Emitenta w 2022 roku: 1.Jednostkowy raport roczny za 2021 rok (obejmujący informację o wynikach finansowych w okresie 3 miesięcy kończącym się 31 grudnia 2021 roku): 10 marca 2022 r. 2.Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2021 rok (obejmujący informację o wynikach finansowych w okresie 3 miesięcy kończącym się 31 grudnia 2021 roku): 10 marca 2022 r. 3.Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za okres 3 miesięcy kończący się 31 marca 2022 roku: 12 maja 2022 r. 4.Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2022 roku (obejmujący informację o wynikach finansowych w okresie 3 miesięcy kończącym się 30 czerwca 2022 roku): 11 sierpnia 2022 r. 5.Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za okres pierwszych 9 miesięcy 2022 roku (obejmujący również informację o wynikach finansowych w okresie 3 miesięcy kończącym się 30 września 2022 roku): 10 listopada 2022 r. Na podstawie § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych (...) (Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 757) („Rozporządzenie”), Emitent oświadcza o zamiarze nieprzekazywania odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych i odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne zawierać będą kwartalne informacje finansowe Emitenta a skonsolidowany raport półroczny zawierać będzie półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe Emitenta wraz z raportem firmy audytorskiej z przeglądu. Zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Emitent nie będzie publikował raportów kwartalnych odpowiednio za: II kwartał 2022 r. oraz IV kwartał 2022 r. | Subject: Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2022 The Management Board of Ronson Development SE (the “Issuer”), announces the schedule of the dates of publication of the Issuer’s periodic reports in 2022: 1.Stand-alone annual report for 2021 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ended 31 December 2022): 10 March 2022. 2.Consolidated annual report for 2021 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ended 31 December 2021): 10 March 2022. 3.Consolidated quarterly report for the 3-month period ending on 31 March 2022: 12 May 2022. 4.Consolidated semi-annual report for 2022 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ending on 30 June 2022): 11 August 2022. 5.Consolidated quarterly report for the 9-month period ending on 30 September 2022 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ending on 30 September 2022): 10 November 2022. Pursuant to § 62 para. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities (...) (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757) ("Regulation"), the Issuer declares the intention not to provide stand-alone quarterly reports and a stand-alone semi-annual report. Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information of the Issuer and the consolidated semi-annual report will include semi-annual condensed financial statements of the Issuer together with the auditors review report. Pursuant to § 79 para. 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish quarterly reports for: Q2 2022 and Q4 2022, respectively. Legal grounds: Article 56.1.2 of the Act of 29 July 2005, as amended, on Public Offerings, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies in conjunction with § 80.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities (...)
