Zgodnie z treścią zawiadomienia Xtellus Capital Partners INC jest posiadaczem akcji uprawniających do 10.635.000 głosów w Serinus, stanowiących 9,48% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce. W zawiadomieniu wskazano, iż data przekroczenia progu implikującego obowiązek jego złożenia to 24 stycznia 2024 r. Przed zmianą Xtellus Capital Partners INC posiadała akcje uprawniające do wykonywania do 9.210.000 głosów tj. 8,2% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce (raport bieżący nr 1/2024).
