Dear Sir or Madam,

In compliance with art. 100k., para. 1 from the POSA, we would like to notify that for the month of February, 2012 Sopharma AD realized growth of sales revenues of 20% compared with the same month of the previous year, including 10% decrease of domestic sales 33% growth of export sales.

From the beginning of this year sales revenues increased with 3%, including 23% decrease of domestic sales and 13 % growth of export sales.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 100 k., para. 1 from the POSA, please make the aforementioned information public.
