Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Gromada advertises Israel, launches offices in Russia and the USA and plans an investment in Krakow.

Gromada, the nation-wide tourist operator, improved its financial results last year. The gross income grew 23 percent to PLN 11.2m (EUR 2.8m). Sales grew 3 percent to PLN 161m.

“We are not happy with this result. We have more ambitious plans. We would like to increase the number of foreign tourists but we must reach them alone because the marketing campaign of Poland done by government entities is insufficient”, Roman Budzynski, Gromada CEO said.

Last year, Israel was the best market for the company. Baltic countries, South Africa, Canary Islands, or China were also very good directions. Gromada is going to launch its offices in Russia and the USA. Today, it has its office in Berlin and South Africa. The company is also planning to build a hotel and conference center in Krakow.

“We have land and the permission to start construction works. We are collecting funds”, Gromada CEO said.

The project amounts to PLN 50m.
