Indykpol turkey producer opens restaurant

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Indykpol, the Polish turkey producer from Olsztyn, northern Poland, has entered the PLN 16 billion (EUR 3.9 billion) gastronomy market and launched its restaurant in Warsaw. “If the restaurant is successful, and has good sales and income, we may open other ones”, Piotr Kulikowski, Indykpol CEO said.

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Indykpol, the Polish turkey producer from Olsztyn, northern Poland, has entered the PLN 16 billion (EUR 3.9 billion) gastronomy market and launched its restaurant in Warsaw. “If the restaurant is successful, and has good sales and income, we may open other ones”, Piotr Kulikowski, Indykpol CEO said. The cost of the restaurant of 325 square metres amounted to PLN 1m. It serves mainly turkey.

If the project fails, it should not disturb Indykpol results. In the first half of the year, the company had PLN 325m of sales and PLN 13m of net income. The company is going to invest PLN 60m within 2-3 years in food processing.
