Inkasso Reform offers a steel deal
Debt trader Inkasso Reform from Legnice in Lower Silesia which applied for the bankruptcy of the Kraków based steelworks Huta Sendzimira last week has offered a deal. In return for withdrawing the bankruptcy petition and freezing ten percent of the debt it will not sell the debt to another party provided that it is also taken off the list of companies with which a court may accept a compromise agreement. Inkasso clearly believes that the steelworks would not be in a position to keep its side of any agreement at a later date.
