Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – After recent decreases of stock price, the main shareholder of Introl will start buying shares. A buy back is possible as well.

The stock of Introl, a group specializing in automatics, was trading even 18 percent below yesterday and cost slightly over PLN 5 (EUR 1.5).

“OK, so I start buying shares”, this is how surprised Wieslaw Kapral reacted to the news.

He is Introl’s chairman of the supervisory board and main shareholder. In his opinion, everything goes as usually at the company, there have been no important statements recently. In the future, only good news should be expected.

“At that price, our stock is a good value for money”, Wieslaw Kapral believed.

He assured that neither him nor his partner Jozef Bodziony (they jointly have over 80 percent of votes) is selling his shares or going to do this.

A buy back is now possible.

“We must very seriously consider whether to buy back our shares. I’ll ask the lawyers if it corresponds with the targets presented in the issue prospectus”, Wieslaw Kapral added.

Introl has PLN 20m of cash. In its issue prospectus, the company promised to spend these funds for acquisitions. The chairman believes, however, that there are enough money to take over a company and to buy back the shares.
