Kulczyk sells out old manor

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – 776 ha of land, buildings and ruins of an 18th century palace are put up for sale. Kulczyk Holding, the company of well-known businessman, is going to sell manors in  Kamieniec and Lubniewice.

The manor house in Kamieniec, a few centuries ago the residence of von Finck-Finkelstein family where, among others, Napoleon, Hitler and Marlena Dietrich were staying, and today a farm specialized in milk cattle, will be sold. The present owner, Kulczyk Holding, has invited investors to negotiate. Decision will be made on December 19th.

“Selling Kamieniec is part of Kulczyk Holding strategy. It provides for selling the assets which are not  our core business”, Marta Wysocka, Kulczyk Holding spokeswoman said.

The company does not reveal the estimated value of the manor house. Kulczyk Holding has already sold Scinawka sawmill. It plans to sell Centrum Zamek in Lubniewice
