Having sold Sky Tower, the apartment house under construction in Wroclaw, LC Corp may pay back its short-term debts. However, the company is left with only one project under construction – over 300 flats in Warsaw.
“We won’t start any new project until we get a credit”, Konrad Dubelski, LC Corp CEO said.
He explained, that applications have been submitted in numerous banks but none of them has responded so far.
In addition, the demand for flats has decreased.
In the third quarter, LC Corp had only PLN 0.8m (EUR 228,000) of net income.
