More and more companies queuing to be listed on NewConnect

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Five new companies say they want to be listed on NewConnect in October.

Adv.pl, Infosystems, LUG, PerfectLine and Security Systems Integration are to be listed on NewConnect, an alternative market founded by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, this month. They will join 10 other companies already listed. This means that Ludwik Sobolewski, WSE CEO may soon need to raise his forecast providing for 20 debuts this year. The IPO of Adv.pl, interactive agency will be conducted first.

“The IPO is possible on October 9-11. We have already raised PLN 6.6m (EUR 1.7m)  to be invested in e-marketing and e-trade”, Konrad Pankiewicz, Adv.pl CEO said.

Infosystems, software producer, plans its debut at the end of the month. Last year, the company had PLN 1.7m of sales and PLN 0.65m of net income. This year, it plans PLN 3.7m and PLN 1.5m respectively. PefectLine’s offer is going on. The IT integrator hopes to raise PLN 6m.

“After 9 months of this year, we have PLN 22m of sales and over PLN 1m of net income”, Lukasz Mleczko, PerfectLine CEO said.

SSI, deliverer of electronic security systems, hopes to raise PLN 5m. Last year, it had PLN 4.3m of sales and PLN 0.4m of net income. This year, it should be PLN 4.5m and PLN 0.69m respectively. LUG lamp parts producer planning PLN 75m of sales and PLN 3.5m of net income this year, wants to raise PLN 25m.

“The funds would be spent to build a plant in a special economic zone and found units in German and Dubai in order to promote exports”, Ryszard Wtorkowski, LUG CEO said.
