Management of Nestle Polska has announced that it will be making a decision next month on the future of its Slupsk factory which produces yoghurt.
Currently the Farma brand is produced mainly for local consumption but this does not satisfy the company which nowhere in the world produces only for a regional market.
It wants all or nothing, to invest and go nationwide or to give up altogether.
If Nestle decides that it cannot compete with the likes of Danone and Bakoma then the Slupsk factory will concentrate on baby food and coffee which it currently produces.
