Offer to buy Słupsk electric plant
Gdańsk based heat energy producer Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wybrzeże yesterday put in a bid to buy its equivalent in Słupsk, the PEC. At the same time it has offered to buy two central heating plants (CHPs) in Torun although it is considered unlikely to bid for the Gdańsk heat energy distributor.
