The pension funds may soon get more room for manoeuvre allowing them to invest in more than ten percent of the current value of a quoted company.
The limit may be as high as twenty percent owing to the current shortage of financial instruments and lack of shares in free circulation on the Polish market. This may be one way the government seeks to stop the funds investing their money abroad.
