PKP to reduce bond issue
It seems increasingly likely that rail carrier PKP will issue bonds this year although the planned issue has been reduced in size from PLN1.3bn to PLN500m and furthermore the offer will be directed at the domestic market only. The rail carrier has a reserve plan up its sleeve should the bond issue come to nought.
